Paper arrival-card fallback versus mandatory electronic SGAC
The Canberra mission still offers an Electronic Arrival Card (Beta) or paper D/E card. ICA explicitly discontinued the paper card on 27 March 2020; its current SGAC page repeats that amendment and the electronic requirement. This is documented replacement, not an inference from a newer page date. Retain the discrepancy and block full-profile release under the supplied conflict-retention instruction.

Still unresolved: The mission page's paper alternative is retained as a superseded/conflicting instruction. Strict named-nationality access gaps and the full nine-topic audit are not cleared.
Before arrival and documents
Passport valid at least 6 months. Submit free SG Arrival Card with electronic health declaration within 3 days including arrival day. Sufficient funds and onward travel proof. Yellow-fever certificate if risk-country travel in previous 6 days or airport transit over 12 hours. Biometrics at entry. If carrying goods exceeding GST import relief or duty-free concessions, make the Customs@SG declaration/payment before arrival and declare controlled/dutiable goods at the Red Channel. Declare physical currency/bearer negotiable instruments exceeding SGD 20,000 or foreign-currency equivalent.
