DSV and COVID health instructions
ANVISA explicitly says DSV completion is no longer necessary under Ordinance 670/22. Its old campaign page still says mandatory. Consular guidance independently describes cessation of COVID vaccination/test requirements. This is stronger than merely choosing a newer page.
Scope: Ordinary-passport short-term visitors within the conditions quoted; not a nationality-only rule.

Still unresolved: The older DSV campaign text remains in the trail. No inference is made that every other arrival form or customs declaration is unnecessary.
Before arrival and documents
Apply through the authorized VFS eVisa portal. Signed passport valid through trip with two blank visa pages, recent photograph, and purpose-specific portal documents. Obtain approval before travel arrangements.
Conditions and evidence
Online visa application is not the dashboard's separate ETA/arrival-card toggle. Remaining portal checklist and health/arrival requirements not fully verified.
